1. Production Terms
All production orders are subject to material availability and production capacity. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on project complexity.
2. Custom Product Policy
Custom products are made to order according to customer specifications. Once production begins, modifications may incur additional costs. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.
3. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all our carpets. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
4. Delivery Times
Standard delivery times range from 4-8 weeks for standard products and 8-12 weeks for custom orders. Express delivery services available upon request.
